Our Story

Since opening The Eclectic Chic seven years ago, it’s been a steady cycle of expansion and growth that has lead owners, Val and Darren Pollack, to them now occupying one of the largest retail locations in the Central New York. The Eclectic collection of local vendors offers a constantly changing selection for shoppers to choose from. With over 150 vendors, many of them are always on hand to assist shoppers, offer advice and answer questions on a daily basis.

Stop in, grab a purple cart and start your adventure through our Eclectic aisles. Coffee is always on and by the time you are half way through the shop you will find yourself singing along with the Eclectic selection of music that is always playing.

Our shop is open 7 days a week from 10 am – 5 pm every day. “We have a lot of local vendors, with many varied talents, collections, prims, antiques, foods, wares and more. Shops like this keep our local history and memories alive as you wander from dealer to dealer. It would be most difficult to not find something that reminds you of days gone by.

We love this place. Always getting new items. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Only problem is I cannot go there and not find something I can't live without. Going to start bringing a truck when I go. A wonderful place to wander.

I really like vintage items, the place feels like a museum of yesteryears. New items added frequently, if you see something you like buy before it’s gone.

I love this store. I always find too much to buy!! Luckily, the prices are reasonable so I am not totally broke after my forays there! There seems to be something for all tastes: mantiques, furniture, smalls, crafty stuff, music, collectibles, candles, food, decor, antiques, vintage clothing and jewelry, etc.
