2024 Car Show Registration

Description

Along with The Eclectic Chic’s 7 Year Funiversary we will be holding a car show in our parking lot. Raffle prizes are generously being donated by The Eclectic Chic and their Vendors. A live performance of our National Anthem at noon, NYS Freedom Convoy and all kinds of fun will be happening inside The Eclectic Chic including Eclectic Eats. All proceeds from this event will benefit Veteran Programs in Madison County; including the proceeds from a 50/50 Raffle throughout the day.

Voting Categories will include:

Best of Show – Trophy and $250
Lady’s Choice; Men’s Choice; Veteran’s Choice
- 1st Place – Trophy & $100
- 2nd Place – Trophy
- 3rd Place – Dash
Plaque in each category

Additional Information & Instructions

Car Club display area reservation fee: $20.00.
Pre-registration guarantees a reserved parking place in the Car Club Display Area.
For everyone’s safety, please park your car by 11:00 am and remain parked in the area until the official closing of the event at 4:00 pm.

By signing this agreement, I agree to hold The Eclectic Chic and Valerie Pollack entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I will not hold The Eclectic Chic and/or Valerie Pollack responsible for lost/stolen merchandise.
